Through a blend of holistic counselling, stress coaching, and slow living philosophies, you will be gently supported as you:

  • Unpack the conditioning that has kept you stuck in exhaustion.

  • Understand why slowing down feels impossible—and how to make it feel safe.

  • Integrate deep, replenishing rest into your life—without guilt or resistance.

  • Realign your days with what truly matters—your energy, your values, your well-being.

  • Show up as the woman you want to be—at home, in your work, and within yourself.

Because this isn’t just about slowing down.

It’s about finally feeling like yourself again.

What if rest wasn’t something you had to fit in, but it was the foundation you built everything else on?

WHAT'S INCLUDED - Six 1:1 Sessions (One Hour Each, Over 12 Weeks) A deeply supportive blend of holistic counselling and stress coaching to help you unravel the causes of exhaustion, process what’s keeping you stuck in overwhelm, and create a sustainable, nourishing way to rest. - In-Between Voxer Support Getting out of exhaustion and overwhelm can require some hard choices and finding ways to say “no” or “later” when every fiber of your being is screaming “just say yes!” You don’t have to navigate this alone. You’ll have ongoing voice and text support between sessions to ask questions, receive guidance, and feel supported in real-time. - Gentle Accountability & Personalised Support This isn’t about forcing yourself to slow down. It’s about being supported in a way that feels good. You’ll receive gentle check-ins to help you integrate rest into your life. It gets easier with time and practice, but in the beginning, making time to rest can feel like it requires as much discipline as going to the gym. - Soft, Nurturing Audio Reflections Thoughtfully crafted voice notes to guide you back to yourself when you feel overwhelmed or lost in the noise. Sometimes you just need that voice in your ear giving you permission to take a breath. - Journaling Invitations Deep, reflective prompts to help you unpack the beliefs that have kept you in survival mode—and rewrite them. - Practical Rest Rituals & Slow Living Practices Rooted in nature-based healing and slow living philosophies, these simple, sustainable practices will help you shift into a life that doesn’t require burnout to feel meaningful. This can be as simple as walking along the beach and feeling the rhythm of the waves or grounding your feet in the grass in your yard as you slowly sip your tea.
